Terms of Service

Adding items to your cart and sending the WhatsApp message is an order request. Your order is accepted only when we confirm it on WhatsApp with the final price and delivery date.

We may decline or cancel an order if an item is out of stock, a price was shown in error, or a prescription cannot be made safely. If you have already paid, we refund you in full.

All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and include applicable taxes. Delivery charges, if any, are confirmed before you pay.

Lahore orders can be paid by cash on delivery, bank transfer, JazzCash, Easypaisa or card in store. Orders delivered outside Lahore must be paid in full in advance (bank transfer, JazzCash or Easypaisa) before dispatch. Cash on delivery is not available outside Lahore. Prescription lenses may require an advance payment in Lahore too, because they are made specially for you.

You are responsible for giving us a correct and current prescription. Our opticians review it and may contact you before making your lenses. See our Prescription Policy.

Glasses are not a substitute for regular eye examinations. If you have pain, sudden vision changes or headaches, see an eye doctor.

We try to show colours, sizes and details accurately, but screens vary and handmade acetate frames can differ slightly from the photos.

Frames carry a 6-month warranty against manufacturing defects such as broken hinges or peeling coatings. Lens coatings carry a 6-month warranty against peeling. The warranty does not cover accidental damage, scratches from normal use or loss.

To the extent allowed by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Punjab Consumer Protection Act, 2005.

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any dispute will be handled by the courts of Lahore.
