We want you to love your glasses. If something isn't right, here is how we make it right.
7-day exchange
You can exchange frames, fashion glasses and sunglasses within 7 days of delivery if they are unworn, undamaged and in their original case and packaging.
Bring them to our store or message us on WhatsApp to arrange a pickup in Lahore.
Prescription lenses
Prescription lenses are made to order, so they cannot be returned for a change of mind.
If your lenses don't match the prescription you gave us, or were made incorrectly, we remake them free of charge. If you have trouble adapting within 14 days (common with progressives), our opticians will re-check the fit and centring at no cost.
Contact lenses
For hygiene reasons, contact lenses can only be returned if the box and blister packs are sealed and unopened, within 7 days of delivery.
Faulty or wrong items
If you receive a damaged, faulty or wrong item, tell us within 48 hours with a photo. We will replace it or refund you in full, including delivery.
Refunds
Approved refunds are paid by bank transfer or in cash at the store within 7 working days of us receiving the item. Delivery charges are refundable only for faulty or wrong items.
