We deliver from our store on Ferozepur Road, Lahore: across Lahore with cash on delivery, and to the rest of Pakistan with full advance payment.
Delivery times
Lahore: same-day delivery for in-stock frames, sunglasses and contact lenses confirmed before 2pm; otherwise next day.
Outside Lahore: 2 to 4 working days by courier after your advance payment is received.
Prescription glasses: lenses are made to order, so allow 2 to 5 working days before dispatch (up to 7 for progressive or high-index lenses).
Delivery charges
Free delivery in Lahore on orders over the amount shown in our announcement bar. Other charges are confirmed on WhatsApp before your order is dispatched.
Payment: Lahore vs outside Lahore
Lahore: cash on delivery is available. Please check your parcel is sealed before paying the rider.
Outside Lahore: cash on delivery is not available. Orders are dispatched only after full advance payment by bank transfer, JazzCash or Easypaisa. We send payment details on WhatsApp when we confirm your order.
Store pickup
You can collect your order free of charge from Ferozepur Road, Lahore. We will message you when it is ready.
Failed deliveries
If the courier cannot reach you after two attempts, the parcel returns to us and we will contact you to arrange redelivery.
