How do I order prescription glasses?+
Choose a frame from Eyeglasses or Fashion Glasses, pick your lenses, then enter your prescription (or choose to send it on WhatsApp). Add to cart and check out on WhatsApp, we confirm everything with you before making the lenses.
What if I don't know my prescription?+
Visit our store for a free eye test by a certified optometrist, or choose "Free eye test in store" when ordering and we will book you in.
What is PD and how do I measure it?+
PD is the distance between your pupils in millimetres (usually 54 to 74). It is often on your prescription slip. If not, choose "Not sure" and we will measure it from your old glasses or in store.
Which lens should I choose?+
For low powers (up to ±4), Clear Single Vision or Anti-Glare is fine. For screen work choose Blue-Cut. Above ±6, choose Ultra-Thin 1.67 for lighter, thinner lenses. If you need reading and distance in one pair, choose Digital Progressive.
How long do prescription glasses take?+
Usually 2 to 5 working days to make, plus delivery. Progressive and high-index lenses can take up to 7 working days.
Can I put my prescription in sunglasses?+
Yes, message us on WhatsApp with the sunglasses you like and your prescription. Most full-rim frames can take tinted or polarised prescription lenses.
Do you offer cash on delivery?+
Yes, in Lahore only. For delivery outside Lahore we need full advance payment by bank transfer, JazzCash or Easypaisa before dispatch. Prescription orders may need a small advance in Lahore too, because the lenses are made for you.
Where is your store?+
Our store is on Ferozepur Road, Lahore. Message us on WhatsApp for directions or to book a free eye test.
Can I exchange my frame?+
Frames and sunglasses can be exchanged within 7 days if unworn. See Returns & Exchanges for details.
